Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 round of Camembert
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- Cracked pepper and salt
- With a mortar and pestle, crush the pistachios; season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the camembert into eight equal pieces.
- Slather the sides with the honey or agave and roll in the crushed pistachios.
- Serve with country baguette.
