  • Grounded black pepper
  • Fresh thyme

Method

  1. Slice bocconcini into circles. Similarly, slice the tomatoes into circles.
  2. Use a large circle plate, and line the outside of the plate with interchanging pieces of tomatoes and bocconcini to form a wereath shape.
  3. Using a small spoon, pour Paul Newman's Own Balsamic Dressing over the top.
  4. Season with black pepper, add the fresh thyme.
  5. For a decorative touch, use a ribbon to create a bow and add it to the top of the plate. Enjoy!
