Ingredients (serves 4)
- 220g bocconcini, drained
- 6-7 tbsp Paul Newmans Balsamic Vinegar Salad Dressing
- 3 vine-ripened tomatoes
- Grounded black pepper
- Fresh thyme
Method
- Slice bocconcini into circles. Similarly, slice the tomatoes into circles.
- Use a large circle plate, and line the outside of the plate with interchanging pieces of tomatoes and bocconcini to form a wereath shape.
- Using a small spoon, pour Paul Newman's Own Balsamic Dressing over the top.
- Season with black pepper, add the fresh thyme.
- For a decorative touch, use a ribbon to create a bow and add it to the top of the plate. Enjoy!
