Yummy steaks with lots of flavour.


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 6 thin beef steaks
  • 2 capsicums
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbsp nuttelex
  • herbs as personal preference

Method

  1. In a fry pan with olive oil cook steaks until crispy or brown in colour then turn over. Add nuttelex, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
  2. Cut capsicum and onions in small pieces and put aside until you turn over steak.
  3. Add capsicum and onions to the steaks and cook until steaks are ready.
