Great for BBQ
- Cheddar Cheese cut into sticks
- Rashers of Bacon, rind removed
- Split the hot dogs in half lengthwise but not all the way through.
- Insert cheese sticks into the slits.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage.
- Place in oven for a few minutes until bacon is cooked through, also cooks well on BBQ.
