Ingredients
- chicken pieces
- bread crumbs
- eggs slightly whisked
- flour
Method
- dip chiken in flour shake off excess
- then dip into eggs
- and then roll in bread crumbs
- then shallow till golden brown fry drain on paper towel cook in small batches put in oven on low while you cook the rest
- when done serve with a lovely salad or chips for the little ones
