This chicken molacheya is something different. I serve with Lebanese bread or rice.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 pieces Chicken maryland
  • 1 pack Molacheya
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 3 cups Stock

Method

  1. Simmer chicken for 2 hours, then tear up into pieces
  2. Cook molacheya according to packet instructions
  3. Mince garlic, add chicken and salt to molacheya

  • Hi I googled Molacheya, and cannot find any reference to it. Can you give some more info?

  • Molacheya- i have never actually heard of this but i am a pretty simple eater/cook. Would someone love to tell me what this is? Is there another name for it?
