A quick yummy family dish

Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 1 kg Diced chicken
  • 600ml Cream
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • 1 sml jar Artichoke hearts
  • 3-4 tbs Sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 500 grms Pasta of your choice


  1. Boil water for pasta and cook to packets directions
  2. In a pan fry diced chicken and once browned add cream
  3. Once cream has been cooking for about 3-4 mins add the artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomato’s and season with salt
  4. Let sauce cook for another 5 mins then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted through
  5. Turn off the stove and add cooked pasta and mix. Add more Parmesan if you like and serve

    • Pasta is a food that I often crave too and it is so filling and satisfying.


  • Think Id leave out the cream and maybe do it with a small amount of red sauce. Love the idea though.


  • This sounds really classy, will have to shop for artichoke hearts but I have everything else available. Might add some chopped parsley & some crusty bread for my next fancy dinner! Thanks!
