Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 packet Fettuccine
  • 1 jar Pesto
  • 1 chicken breast

Method

  1. Slice chicken breast into thin slices and grill, once cooked chop into small bite size pieces. Place aside.
  2. Cook pasta as per packet instructions then drain
  3. Add the whole jar of pesto to the pasta and stir while over a low heat and add chicken until all warm.

  • Yes so easy and you could use any herb too

  • I made this recently for my family and we all went back for more. We used the Latino Egg Fettucine, the Latino parmesan/basil/pine nuts pesto, and cooked chicken fillets. It was so tasty and took me under 10 minutes. The longest part was boiling the water for the pasta.
