A quick pasta that’s a family favourite in our house, and so easy to make.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Spaghetti pack
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- To taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Cut chicken breasts into chunks and fry in the pan. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Once chicken is done add all the vegetables and soy sauce.
- Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions and strain. Add them to the chicken vegetable mixture.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter and fry for one minute then serve.
