A great way to use up leftover chilli con carne and pasta.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 250 grams pasta, cooked
- 1 jar pasta sauce or passata (about 500 grams)
- chilli con carne (roughly 250 grams)
- grated cheese
- Cook the pasta.
- Mix the pasta, pasta sauce and lchilli con carne together.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
Whenever I make chilli con carne I end up with a lot of leftover. I often freeze and find this pasta bake a really tasty throw together meal. You could add some cream or sour cream to it if you found your chilli was a little hot.
