A great way to use up leftover chilli con carne and pasta.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 250 grams pasta, cooked
  • 1 jar pasta sauce or passata (about 500 grams)
  • chilli con carne (roughly 250 grams)
  • grated cheese

Method

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Mix the pasta, pasta sauce and lchilli con carne together.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Add grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

Notes

Whenever I make chilli con carne I end up with a lot of leftover. I often freeze and find this pasta bake a really tasty throw together meal. You could add some cream or sour cream to it if you found your chilli was a little hot.
