Can add any dried fruits or other seeds as desired.
Time includes setting time.
Ingredients (makes 20 bars)
- 3 Cups Oats
- 1 Cup Choc Chips
- 1/2 Cup Desicated Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Flax Seeds
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Mapel Syrup
- Add all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- In Separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey and maple syrup and mix well till combines. Add to the oat mix and stir till combined.
- Pour onto paper lined tray and spread and flatten out. Place in fridge for 30min. Then if you would like place in oven at 200 degrees for 20min for a crunchy granola bar. Set aside to cool, then slice up. store in fridge or air tight container.
Can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
