Ingredients (makes 20 bars)

  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1 Cup Choc Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Desicated Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Flax Seeds
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Mapel Syrup

Method

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In Separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey and maple syrup and mix well till combines. Add to the oat mix and stir till combined.
  3. Pour onto paper lined tray and spread and flatten out. Place in fridge for 30min. Then if you would like place in oven at 200 degrees for 20min for a crunchy granola bar. Set aside to cool, then slice up. store in fridge or air tight container.

Notes

Can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter.

  • These look really tasty. I would have to swap the peanut butter out for almond butter due to allergies but otherwise they look amazing. These definitely look healthier and are much less processed than store bought ones. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Looking forward to giving these a go. 🙂 😍
