Ingredients

  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup pure cream
  • 1 cup lemonade at room temp
  • 1 cup choc chips

Method

  1. pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  2. place all ingredients in a bowl and mix lightly
  3. turn out on to floured board and kneed lightly till it all comes together
  4. roll out till 3 cm thick and cut with a scone cutter and place onto a lined tray close together and bake for 15-20 mins

  • These look delicious…i have never used lemonade in scones before. I hope this recipe will produce more of a moist scone as i find my scones come dry..
