Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 250g Icing sugar (sifted)
  • 30g Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 60g butter


  1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the cocoa powder and then cook whilst continuously stirring for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in the milk and the icing sugar. Beat well until smooth. Once smooth remove from the heat.
  3. Leave to cool until thickened.
  4. Decorate your cake/muffins as you desire!
