  • this sounds really delicious and I think I just may make this today.

    • made these and the only problem is that I halved the quantity-really delicious. They do need to be kept in the fridge or they are very soft and crumbly, the fridge firms them up and stops them falling apart.

  • Love the idea of these but will be using sultanas instead of cranberries as not really liked here. Will make some for the adults with cranberries to taste.

  • I love the idea of these but have just recently learnt my son hates Cranberries. I could either leave them out or find a suitable replacement.

    • Best to replace them with something else yummy.
