This Chocolate ripple Christmas log is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients (makes 1 Log)
- 600ml Cream
- 1 pack Chocolate ripple biscuits
- 5 Strawberries
- 7 Blueberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- Add cream and vanilla essence to bowl. Whip with electric beater until it peaks.
- Place cream onto a board to create base for the log. Place biscuits upright and sandwich together with cream. Continue until there are only 2 biscuits left. Cover the biscuits with cream and smooth out to create log.
- Crush the remaining biscuits and sprinkle over log. Add strawberries and blueberries. Place in fridge overnight to set.
