Beautiful moist chocolate cake, very easy to make.

Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)

  • 1 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 125g Softened Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp Berry Jam
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and make a well. Add wet ingredients and combine.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer until airy.
  3. Place in a lined tin and bake for approx 30 minutes at 180°C

  • Awe so cute it’s a lamb like the addition of marshmallows
