Beautiful moist chocolate cake, very easy to make.
Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 125g Softened Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Cocoa
- 1 Tbsp Berry Jam
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and make a well. Add wet ingredients and combine.
- Beat with an electric mixer until airy.
- Place in a lined tin and bake for approx 30 minutes at 180°C
