Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 cups fresh watermelon
- 250ml coconut water
- 1/2 squeezed lime
Notes... In summer try using fresh mint leaves in place of the lime for a minty twist!
- Add watermelon, coconut water and lime juice to a blender, blend then serve!
