Make sure the coconut is cooled down before taking it of the greased paper.


  • 2cups Sugar
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 2 Teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 4 cups Shredded coconut


  1. Beat sugar , egg white, and vanilla sugar together until white and fluffy
  2. Mix in the dry ingredient together with the mixture. Mix well.
  3. Roll into balls and place them onto grease proof paper and into a oven 200 c Until golden brown. Take out and cool down on a tray .
