  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil


  1. Whisk all ingredients except coconut flour until very smooth. Add the flour last and use a spatula to mix well.
  2. Pour mixture in a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes under 185C.
