Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1/2 cup Coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 t coconut sugar
- 1 large banana (frozen)
- Optional 2 T Chia seeds
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Serve
