Ingredients (makes 50 )

  • 115gm butter
  • 125gm raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract
  • 95gm Wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 teasppon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 120gm Rolled oats
  • 120gm Craisins
  • 120gm Macadamia nuts

Method

  1. Cream first 4 ingredients until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
  3. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 16 minutes. The cookies should be two inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.50

  • Ooh yum these look similar to something my nana used to make and they were amazing. Bit I think hers had sultanas not craisins. Not sure if they had nuts in them either but I really love macadamias so I’m looking forward to giving these a go. Thanks for sharing 🙂
