So easy to prepare that I bake the cupcakes and leave the frosting and decorating to the children,


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 60gr Cream cheese frosting, softened
  • 30gr Butter, softened
  • 3/4 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsb Vanilla Essence

Method

  1. Place the cream cheese, butter and flavouring in the bowl and use an electric beater to combine. Mix until pale in colour.
  2. Stir in icing sugar gradually mixing after each addition. Continue to mix with the electric beater until smooth and pale.
  3. Use on your favourite cakes and cupcakes.

Notes... Vanilla essence can be replaced with lemon rind and juice.
