Ingredients (makes 14 pieces)

  • 7 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbls sweet mustard pickle relish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika

Method

  1. Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish. and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pipe yolk mixture into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.

Notes

Can also add sliced pickled gherkins to decorate.
