Quick and tasty.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Golden oat crumpet
  • 1 Apple
  • 1-2 tablespoons Yoghurt
  • Walnuts
  • Pepitas


  1. Toast or grill your crumpet.
  2. While waiting, grate the apple. (I find half an apple is plenty for 1 crumpet. Put lemon juice on the unused bit and save for later).
  3. When the crumpet is ready scoop on the yoghurt, apple and sprinkle with walnut and Pepitas.

Notes... Use your favourite flavour of yoghurt and mix it up using different nuts.
