A quick and easy sausage dinner dish for people who love a bit of spice.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 Thick Sausages
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Medium Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Rice
- 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
- 4 Cups Water
- 1/2 Cup Peas
Method
- Dice potatoes and slice carrots into rings and put aside.
- Boil Sausages for approx 15 mins and once cool slice into rings.
- Add all ingredients to a large pot, bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 30 mins or until vegetables are soft. Stir regularly.
Notes
Add more curry powder if you prefer it hotter.
