For a dairy free alternative or a healthier alternative to store bought ice-cream. Use fruit of your choice, fresh or frozen to create different flavours. If there is nut allergy, you can use coconut milk instead.
Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 6x 100ml )
- Almond milk 1/3 cup
- Tropical fruit mix 1 cup
- Maple syrup 1 table spoon
Method
- Mix frozen fruit, almond milk and maple syrup in a blender and pulse until a smooth consistency
- Pour into 6 popsicle moulds
- Place in freezer over night.
