This my favourite sweet in the morning with my coffee because it has no sugar.

Ingredients (makes 40 )

  • 1kg Dates
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Canola oil


  1. Blitz dates into a dough in a food processor.
  2. Add eggs one by one.
  3. Pour in the oil slowly, and then the flour. Bake at 160 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve.

    • The top it’s just caramel after spreading , I put on some walnut crashed .
      Always I put on the chocolate but this time I went to try a different taste
