This my favourite sweet in the morning with my coffee because it has no sugar.
Ingredients (makes 40 )
- 1kg Dates
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Canola oil
- Blitz dates into a dough in a food processor.
- Add eggs one by one.
- Pour in the oil slowly, and then the flour. Bake at 160 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve.
