When the 3pm slump hits I whip myself up one of these healthy protein packed afternoon treats.
Give it a try, you will feel better then reaching for the chocolate.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/2 Cup Low fat Greek style yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Muesli
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Tsp Raw honey
Notes... Frozen blueberries can be used if you don't have fresh. Full fat Greek style yogurt can substitute the low fat variety.
- Chop up banana.
- Arrange all ingredients in a bowl or glass.
- Drizzle honey on top and enjoy.
