Perfect serve with a cuppa.

Ingredients (makes 20 donut)

  • 400 gr Flour
  • 1 tbs Yeast
  • 15 gr Milk powder
  • 40 gr Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 325 ml Ice water
  • 30 gr Margarine
  • 1/2 tbs Salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, milk powder and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add egg and ice water knead until smooth. Add margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Set aside about 15 minutes.
  3. Weigh 40 gr each and continue set aside for 10 minutes. Flatten the dough and holes in the middle. Place on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Set aside 30 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Frying until golden brown. let it cool. Decorate with ceres before serve.
