Super quick, super easy, super tasty


Ingredients (makes 10 Large biscuits)

  • 1 Packet of Coles Butter Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • Choc chips (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Stir until a dough forms
  3. Roll tablespoon sized balls and place on an oven tray.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees in a fan forced oven for 8 minutes

Notes

Any type of cake mix can be used for this recipe. Optional ingredients can be replaced to suit your flavour preference.

  • Choc chips for sure. Never used cake mix to make biscuits. Will be trying these ASAP!

  • Cake mix biscuits sure caught my eye, I couldn’t picture how to make biscuits from cake mix. Now I can see how and they look fabulous. Not keen on the Coles brand cake mix though. I bet it’s made overseas with a majority of overseas products. We all need to get behind Aussie farmers and producers and buy their products
