Ingredients (serves 4)
- 300 grams Dark Chocolate
- 240 ml water
- 300 ml thickened cream
- punnet fresh berries
- Put chocolate and water in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and heat until melted. Put bowl inside a larger bowl and pour in enough iced water to come up the sides. Using an electric mixer, whip for about 5 minutes or until mixture cools and thickens.
- Spoon into glasses and chill until set (usually takes 30 minutes).
- Whip the cream and place a scoop of whipped cream on top of the chocolate mouse and top with berries to serve.
