This was just something I whipped up it’s really healthy and great if you want some veggies on the side I cooked mine until they were slightly golden and crispy


Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 2 serves veggies )

  • 1 broccoil Chopped into pieces (small)
  • 1 large onion Chopped into diced pieces
  • Pork lard As necessary

Method

  1. Cook on high in a large non stick fry pan with salt to taste for as long or as little as you like and remember to stir occasionally
