Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 pork breakfast sausages (thicker the better)
- 4 slices bacon cut crosswise in half
- Preheat oven to 450. Put baking sheet in the oven to preheat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Wrap 1 piece of bacon around the middle of each sausage. Cook for 20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the bacon is crisp.
