Quick, easy and tasty salmon pattie recipe. Healthy and a huge hit with everyone!

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 large potatoes (Diced, boiled and mashed)
  • 400g tinned salmon (take out the bones, keep juice from tin)
  • 1/4 cup corn Kennels (canned)
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs


  1. Mix and mash all ingredients together
  2. Heat some oil in a shallow fry pan
  3. Form small flat patties from mixture, add to hot oil
  4. Fry each side until golden and flip over to repeat until desired crispness is achieved
  5. Serve with side salad or add to your favourite burger buns
