  • 250gm Butter
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups SR flour


  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Cream first 3 ingredients until fluffy and pale.
  3. Add in flour and mix well until no visible flour seen.
  4. Roll dough into log shape and bake for 15 minutes. Dough will spread out and become a loaf.
