Super easy, super healthy this egg and spinach wrap is perfect for lunch!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Sheet Mountain Bread
- Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
- Handful Carrot strips, cut using a peeler
- 5 Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 Boiled Egg
- 1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese
- Pinch Salt and cracked pepper
- Layer all the ingredients on a Mountain Bread and wrap. Then enjoy!
