A quick and delicious dinner using left overs! Also easy to make gluten free!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 cups veggies of your choice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- pinch salt and pepper
- Whisk the flour, egg and milk until smooth.
- Add your chosen veggies (you can add meat also) and combine.
- Fry until golden.
