If not using immediatlely, ensure lid is on tight and refrigerate


Ingredients (makes 1 jar)

  • 80 ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds, lightly crushed
  • 1 Shallot finely chopped
  • 1 Clove of Garlic finely chopped
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a very clean and sterlised jar put all the ingredients except for the olive oil
  2. Shake jar to combine ingredients, then in a slow steady stream add the olive oil. Shake again, then add salt and pepper to taste.
