This is a great source of calcium and antioxidants
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 cups Milk
- 4tbs Natural yoghurt
- 2tsp Ground rolled oats
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 1 handful Mulberries
- 1tsp Vanilla essence
- 6 Ice cubes
Method
- Blend all ingredients together using a bar mix or blender
- serve immediately
