Yum, easy, low fat!

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 Sippy cup)

  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 2tbs Any frozen or fresh yogurt you have
  • 1/3 cup Milk

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. This is the only thing my son will eat when teething!

  • Great idea, thanks for sharing. :)

I love to do this, but with frozen bananas, that way it’s a bit thicker, and much colder. :) Bub loves it. Especially when it’s put into the sippy with the silicone teat. :D

Bub can chew for ages, and not break it, and gets the added benefit of potassium, calcium, and all those other lovely vitamins and minerals that go along with healthy eating. :D

  • You definitely need to use a spill-proof container as if baby dosen’t want it he/she may just drop it or even throw it. Even worse if it happens in the car, you will have a sticky mess which will soak right through carpet, car seats etc.
It will smell horrible, even more so with milk as it goes sour, ans you may also have an ant nest in your car very soon.

  • Great little recipe to have! So many babies are off their food when they teeth, this little mix keeps some nutrients up to them at least. And it sounds delish too
