This stir fry is delicious and a very healthy recipe that is wonderful with brown rice.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 400 grams Pork strips
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1/2 zuchinni
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 tsp chilli paste
  • 2 inch fresh ginger


  1. Fry the onion, garlic and pork strips in a pan adding chilli paste and freshly grated ginger.
  2. Chop and add capsicum, zuchinni, carrot, green beans, cauliflower and other suitable vegetables.
  3. Top with some more freshly grated ginger. Serve with brown rice.
