Ingredients (makes 1 topped crumpet)
- 1 Golden Crumpet with Oats
- 1/2 tub Greek honey flavoured yoghurt
- several Dried apricots
- Cook crumpet
- Allow to cool slightly and top with greek yoghurt
- Decorate the top with several dried apricots.
