Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 250 mls Coconut Milk
- Fruit Selection & topping of choice
- Combine coconut milk and chia in container. Put in fridge for 15 minutes to set.
- Once set, put all fruit and anything you fancy on top of the chia pudding.
