A beautiful clean and crispy green juice. Great as a breakfast juice or just when feeling like a shot of health!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 Sticks Celery
  • 2 Carrots
  • Handful Kale
  • Half Small Pineapple - skin removed
  • Knuckle Ginger
  • 1 Green Apple
  • Small handful Mint


  1. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!


I love juicing. When I want an instant hit of health and energy I tend to use more vegetables. You can juice almost anything when it comes to fruit and vegetables (though things like bananas, pears, avocados and berries belong more in a blender) and it means you are getting an instant hit of health.

  • my favorite smoothie is Pineapple, apple and mint….. adding ginger would be awesome.

  • Thanks for this. I’m happy for any tips on what works in a juice or smoothie. Green usually makes me a bit queasy in terms of what you might add, but I’ll certainly try this one.

    • No queasy in this one – it is actually really refreshing – but completely know where you are coming from. Some green drinks are a complete chore!

  • I’d leave out the kale – have tried this in many ways, but just cannot stand it. Otherwise great recipe.


  • I personally do all veg and lots of lemon, but that’s because I have to limit my sugar and prefer to eat my fruit. But this looks like a great recipe!
