Halloween cupcakes

The kids will love to help make these fun and easy and Halloween cupcakes for a Halloween party.

Ingredients (makes 21 cupcakes)

1 pkt butter cake
1 quantity orange icing mixture
patty cases
Halloween decorations

Method

Prepare butter cake mix according to the instructions on the packet. Place mixture into each patty case.
Place on a baking tray and Bake in the oven according to instructions on the packet.
Leave cupcakes to cool.
When the cupcakes are cool spread icing mixture on each cupcake.
Decorate as desired.

Notes

These cupcakes are quick and easy to make and the kids chose the decorations. A fun recipe for a Halloween party.

I’m making some cupcakes right now for my youngest daughter’s birthday very soon, some practice ones, so I now have the cupcake bug. I’m so excited about Halloween coming up, and these will be a joy to make!
