Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • Oh yea! That's it!


  1. Leave coconut milk upside down in the fridge overnight.
  2. Next day, open the can upright and pour the water part on top. Do not discard. Use it for other purposes like soaking oats, or making pancakes.
  3. The bottom part will be the creamy part. Put them in a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite cake!
