I made this cake for my husband who is on a diet control and wanted to have a flourless and sugar less cake.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 150 g Almond meal
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pre heat oven at 180 degree Celsius
- Lightly grease a pan and transfer the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked. Keep it in the pan until cool down and ready to slice. Eat it plain or decorate it as you like.
