This is an easy soup recipe which can be changed with veggies in season.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 Cooked chicken
- I tin Cream of chicken
- Assorted veggies
- Cook Chicken, let rest. Prepare veggies e.g. sweet potato, carrots, peas and cauliflower.
- Boil 1 litre water add veggies and tin of soup, cook until veggies are tender. Shred chicken and add to pot.
- Season to taste, cook for 1/2 hour and serve.
