A quick dessert for this festive season. So easy to make and will be a crowd winner especially in Summer.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Ice-cream As much as you like! Ideally 12-16 scoops
  • Biscuits of choice 10-15 slices

  1. Snap cookies into smaller pieces, or can be crumbled. Scatter the crumbs and pieces onto a plate, shape into a wreath shape.
  2. Add on as many sprinkles as you would like. Fruits can be added.
  3. Add scoops of ice-cream on the wreath. Mint leaves can be added as a garnish.

  • what a great idea and some thing different. My kids would love this if I served it to them on christmas day (only problem is it would melt so fast here in QLD!)

  • Looks delicious and interesting. Easily customised to accommodate all allergies and intolerances. Would be great to take this along to our next pot luck dinner or shared food parties.

  • Looks great. Just have to eat it before it melts.

  • Now that’s a very clever idea. Something that doesn’t matter what flavours you use it will still be great
