A healthy green juice to start your day


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 Kale leaves
  • 1 Stick of celery
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Carrot

Method

  1. Wash all ingredients well and remove rind off lemon
  2. Chop vegetables small enough to fit into juicer
  3. Put through juicer starting with kale, lemon, celery and finishing with carrot
